Jeffrey D. Greenberg

Mr. Greenberg is an experienced practitioner specializing in representing insurance companies in the pursuit of property subrogation recoveries.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Greenberg was a practicing attorney for Chubb & Son's New York Subrogation Unit at Eustace, Marquez, Epstein, Prezioso & Yapchanyk, pursuing personal and commercial line claims arising from casualties such as fires, water leaks, machinery and equipment failures. Mr. Greenberg has delivered several continuing legal education presentations on waivers of subrogation, the anti-subrogation doctrine and recoverable damages. Prior to his role as in-house counsel, Mr. Greenberg was in private practice in New York City at Jones, Hirsh, Connors & Bull, P.C. and L'Abbate, Balkan, Colavita & Contini LLP where he specialized in subrogation and the defense of property damage actions. He also has experience handling commercial and construction litigation.

Mr. Greenberg attended the State University of New York College at Oneonta (B.A., 1980) and New York Law School (J.D., 1990).

Mr. Greenberg is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
